How it works

Eight steps from first call to ongoing support

No mystery, no black box. You always know which stage the project is in, what is coming next, and what is expected from you.

  1. 01Day 0 — free

    Discuss Your Idea

A short call where you explain the business, not the technology. We ask about your customers, what you sell, and what a win looks like six months from now.

    • Free, no-obligation consultation
    • An honest opinion on whether you need a custom build at all
    • A rough budget and timeline the same day
  2. 022–4 days

    Requirement Analysis

We turn the conversation into a written scope: pages, features, user roles, integrations — and what is explicitly out of scope. You approve it before anything is built.

    • Written scope document and feature list
    • Fixed quote with a milestone breakdown
    • A clear out-of-scope list so nothing creeps in silently
  3. 033–7 days

    UI/UX Planning

Wireframes first, then a visual design for the key screens. Mobile is designed alongside desktop, because that is where most of your visitors are.

    • Wireframes for the main user flows
    • Visual design for the key pages
    • Two rounds of revisions included
  4. 041–8 weeks

    Development

The build happens in weekly slices against a staging link you can open at any time. Frontend and backend are built together, not thrown over a wall.

    • Staging URL updated continuously
    • A written progress update every week
    • Code pushed to your own repository from day one
  5. 05Alongside development

    API & Database Integration

Data modelling, REST endpoints, authentication and third-party integrations — payments, email, SMS, analytics — wired up and documented.

    • Schema designed around your real access patterns
    • Versioned REST API with validation and error handling
    • Postman collection or OpenAPI spec at handover
  6. 063–5 days

    Testing

Cross-browser and real-device testing, form and payment flows, performance and accessibility checks, plus your own review round.

    • Real-device testing on phones and tablets
    • Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals and accessibility pass
    • Your feedback list worked through item by item
  7. 071–2 days

    Deployment

We deploy to your hosting with SSL, connect the domain, wire up analytics and Search Console, submit the sitemap and hand over every credential.

    • Production deploy with SSL and backups
    • Analytics, Search Console and sitemap submission
    • All accounts and credentials transferred to you
  8. 08Ongoing

    Support & Maintenance

Every project includes a support window for fixes. After that, an optional monthly plan keeps the site monitored, patched, backed up and improving.

    • Post-launch support included with every project
    • Optional monthly maintenance and monitoring
    • Priority response for anything blocking business

Ground rules

What stays true on every project

Scope before code

Nothing gets built until both sides agree in writing on what is being built and what it costs.

Show, don't tell

A staging link from week one. You watch the product take shape instead of waiting for a reveal.

One point of contact

You talk to the person building it. No account manager relaying messages.

No lock-in

Your repository, your hosting, your domain, your data. You can walk away with everything at any point.

Step one is a free conversation

Thirty minutes, no obligation, no sales script. Just tell us what you are trying to build.
